  • Preferential rates for on-site support

Level 2

  • Extensive telephone & email support from your dedicated HR Consultant
  • Up to one half day site visit per month (where appropriate)
  • HR Health-check
  • Creation of necessary documentation, such as Contracts of Employment, Employee Handbook and updating to reflect changes to Employment Legislation
  • Employment law updates
  • Preferential rates for on-site support (outside dedicated hours)

Level 3

  • Extensive telephone & email support from your dedicated HR Consultant
  • Up to two half day site visits or one full day per month (where appropriate)
  • HR Health-check
  • Creation of necessary documentation, such as Contracts of Employment, Employee Handbook and updating to reflect changes to Employment Legislation
  • Employment law updates
  • Preferential rates for on-site support (outside dedicated hours)

Level 4

  • Extensive telephone & email support from your dedicated HR Consultant
  • Up to two full day's per month (where appropriate)
  • Working with the Company on a strategic level including attending board meetings
